You must meet all of the following requirements to register and use U2 Casino:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. U2 Casino accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. U2 Casino reserves the right to verify your identity and may require supporting documentation before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are processed via approved payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, USDT, and bank transfer. All deposits are subject to identity verification at the point of withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. U2 Casino targets completion of verified withdrawals via FPX and DuitNow within 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals pending KYC verification.

U2 Casino does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any bank charges or payment processor fees applied by your financial institution are your responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment methods or false identity

U2 Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if a player:

• Violates any provision of these Terms of Service
• Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform
• Is found to be under 18 years of age

Upon account closure following a legitimate violation, any promotional or bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine cash balances — funds deposited by the player that are not subject to active bonus wagering — will be returned following investigation, less any applicable charges.

U2 Casino's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in your account at the time any claim arises. U2 Casino is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

U2 Casino does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but accept no liability for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our control.
